    ==========================
    Use built-in sharing introduced in Mac OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion directly from Alfred!
    Description
    This workflow is using the amazing command line terminal-share
    You can call directly share command (or use a hotkey) if you just want to share a message.
    If you want to share a file (image, video or any other kind), you can select it using a File Action, or set a hotkey.
    It currently supports all services except sinaweibo,youku and tudou (I can add them in a future release).
    Based on the type of the selected file, services proposed will change.
    Here are some examples:
    Screenshots

    Download the workflow
    Download the workflow below and open in Alfred.

    Audio Switch
    ==================================================================================

    Switch between your input sources and output devices.

    To install just download (or my github) and doble click the .alfredworkflow file.*

    To change your input source type input (it could take a little bit to load your sources), then select the one you desire

    The same for the output device, just type output then select your choice

    Since I don't have any audio device or source connected to my laptop only 1 (the default) device and source are shown.

    Hey guys,

    here is a Google Translate workflow i made based on Anders Bech Mellson's work. Once again, I don't want to take credit for a work that isn't mine. I'm just feeding back to alfred the results of an already good extension.

    Press enter to copy to clipboard, FN to look up on the actual translate.google.com website.

    It's really easy to add / remove / edit for your own set of languages, just look at the workflow.

    So I made a workflow with fed back results.

    But I made it a somewhat special way in that currencies are defined within the workflow. I really like how simple it makes it though.

    But it's easy to change for your own currencies (if like me you only ever use the same) or to combine with the one posted by theFeverDog (first post of this topic) to get something more dynamic.

    "Extensions" are only for v1. "Workflows" for v2. If this scares you, I invite you to browse this forum. I believe you'll find most of the functionalities you used to have in v1 (I know i've seen reminders go by at some point).

    Also, at the bottom of the workflows list on the workflow tab of the pref panel, you'll notice a "+" button that can help you with some workflows examples and templates.

    I haven't looked at yours yet but another addition I find really useful to add to this is.. in the timestamp extension I made for Alfred 1, you could grab current timestamp, or pass a timestamp to it and it would read that and convert it to a human readable date/time. That would be super useful as well.

    @tomhunt or any admin:

    Can we update the first post in this thread to say that the original resources outlined were for a pilot project that does not exist anymore and that the idea has been taken up and a more stable version is in production, thus, don't download the original extension or tell us that it doesn't work?

    It seems like a note on the top of this thread would be good (or even locking it or something) so that users new to the forum won't keep installing this workflow.

    Hey guys,

    So I've been making this little extension. It works quite simply really. Just open the script, enter a valid RSS feed (must be xml) and your good to go!

    Hey guys,
    as posts multiply on this forum, I have noticed that it is harder and harder to find specific workflows. So here's a little page with my most downloaded workflows. Some of them are specifically suited for my personal needs but I believe they are overall useful.

    http://florianpellet.com/alfred/ (this link doesn't bring you to the most up to date workflows. for that, please refer to my signature on this forum, to my github page or head straight for packal).

    I welcome any suggestion, request, idea...

    Hey guys,
    here's a workflow I find useful:

    http://dl.dropbox.com/u/14050630/Adium.alfredworkflow   just type "adium" and it lists your contacts or add an argument and it narrows it down to matching contacts. press enter to open a chat (new or existing if one already exists).   If you assign this workflow to the contact name part of the address book, you'll be able to open a chat that way.   Two know issues: - doesn't work with facebook (adium issue, anyone cares to hack?) - doesn't deal well with diacriticals   What do you think?
