Just a note that this workflow still works like a champ in Alfred 4/macOS Catalina. Just had to grant system access and good to go. Thank you @Sampayo!

I'm using this workflow successfully but running into a problem where the files in my local dropbox folder are created with "Hide Extension" activated, is there anyway to disable this and always show full filename including extension? This is in El Capitan if that makes any difference.
