  1. Alfred CorrectSpelling Workflow
CorrectSpelling checks and corrects spelling in English, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Russian. How to use it Select and Tap Select a word or sentence Press the shortcut you set Then the spelling would be corrected and replaced. Download | Source | Error Report Special thanks to @vitor. I will try my best to make this workflow easy to use and be stable.
  2. Word Search is an Alfred 2/3 workflow which exposes powerful word searching utilities. Ultimately, the workflow can be leveraged to widen your vocabulary and make you a better writer. Quick Reference syn [word] - Broadly searches for words related to a word/phrase. dsyn [word] - Searches for a word’s exact synonyms. ant [word] - Searches for a word’s antonyms. rhyme [word] - Searches a word’s rhymes. describing [word] - Searches for words that describe another word Usage Simply type in a command. Selecting a result will copy that word to your clipboard and automatically paste it in the front most app. Installation Simply download the latest .alfredworkflow file and double click it to import it to Alfred. Word Search will update on its own. Demonstration Searching for words that describe “dog” This forum doesn't like many images. If you want to see more screenshots, checkout the github page.
  3. Need a quick place to write up some text that you won't need to save? Need a slightly more persistent clipboard? Don't want to bother opening up a text editor? Already have your browser open? Download Chrome Notepad from Packal. Just type "cn"; and you'll see a new tab open in Chrome that will give you a styled scratchpad. Right now it's only Chrome (I wrote this quickly for myself not in the most efficient way), but it can be expanded to other browsers.
  4. I made a workflow to search the Ulysses database for the new Ulysses III. This feature is missing from the app itself (for now) so I put together this workflow to get around that. The workflow simply adds search scopes for Ulysses' "sheet" and "group" filetypes. As a bonus, there's also an "Open in Ulysses" File Action included with the workflow. It works on .txt and .rtf documents, which will come into Ulysses parsed as Markdown. Read more on my site or download Search Ulysses 3.alfredworkflow now.
