  1. Hi guys, This workflow lets you easily control Homebrew and Cask with Alfred. Feel free to give some feedback! GitHub: https://github.com/fniephaus/alfred-homebrew Download-Link: https://github.com/fniephaus/alfred-homebrew/releases/latest
  2. Hello, I'm trying to create a simple workflow that saves to disk the image that is in the clipboard. I found pngpaste a library to do just that. Now I created the workflow with a keyword trigger named pasteimage and an action "Run Script" query=$1 pngpaste $query I get this error: Library/Caches/com.runningwithcrayons.Alfred-3/Workflow Scripts/546DD210-2D7D-4CED-AA58-DAB4B0F6EE89:3: command not found: pngpaste How can I run this command from Run Script? Thank you
  3. Hello! I know I'm missing something basic here - I have a workflow that works great on my computer and I'd like to finally export it out to install on another computer. Because it's just a bash script that references the ffmpeg binary (installed in /usr/local/bin via homebrew) I've copied over the ffmpeg binary to the workflow folder and got it to work - on my computer. When I install it on another user's computer I get the error "Library not loaded: /usr/local/Cellar..etc." which makes sense since that user hasn't installed homebrew nor the ffmpeg. What I'm looking for: Is there a way to bundle everything into the workflow directory so that it can just run as a standalone workflow instead of the user having to install homebrew and the ffmpeg binary? I've been at this for hours (or days actually) and haven't been able to find anything on this in the forums or the web which makes me think I'm, well, missing something. I'd appreciate any answers or links to this concept.
  4. Hi, I've got a few applications installed with homebrew. Find isn't working for me when searching for these. I've read a couple of the posts about reindexing spotlight and stuff like that, but nothing has really helped? These apps DO show up when just typing their name into alfred (i've added their path to the default scope), but sometimes i'd like to use "find" to show them in my finder, as with other files/applications. The path they're on is "usr/local/caskroom/[specific application folder]". Any suggestions? Thanks!
  5. Hi, I use Homebrew Cask to install and manage a number of applications on my system. However, for each application that I've installed via Cask, I am seeing duplicate results for said application in the Alfred search results (see picture below( My /Applications/ folder only contains aliases for those that applications that I've installed via Cask. I also have my Applications folder and Caskroom folder on my search scope (see second picture below). Is this a bug? Is there anything I can do to fix this? Thanks, Caleb

  7. Greetings, I added /usr/local/Cellar to "Search Scope" in "Default Results", but no results are showing. This is the default folder for HomeBrew. The "macv" keyword should show MacVim.app in the results, but I get nothing.
