  1. I know this issue has been brought up on the Alfred forums previously with no resolution. Has anyone managed to find a way to have snippets automatically expand in Adobe Illustrator CC 2017 and Adobe InDesign CC 2017? I am currently using MacOS High Sierra. Text expansion is working in Adobe Photoshop CC 2017. I am evaluating whether I can use Alfred as a replacement for Text Expander, which does perform snippet expansion correctly in these applications. I am, of course, a Powerpack user.
  2. Hello, Since Adobe Illustrator was updated to CC 2017, snippets won't auto-expanded. There's no problem in other applications, issues only in Adobe. From 10 times it works 1 time. I have tried to check Help and Troubleshooting articles, but no luck. The problem is probably in Adobe, on the old version everything worked. Please help resolve the problem. Thanks in advance. Alfred v3.4 [850] Adobe Illustrator CC 21.1.0 OS X El Capitan 10.11.6
  3. Greetings Alfred Community, First, thank you to Andrew and Vero for building and maintaining such a brilliant tool. Alfred is unfailingly the first app I load onto any new personal computer. I've been experiencing a small but persistent issue for a few months now: InDesign (.indd) files do not show up in search results. A few details to contextualize the issue: InDesign the *app* shows up — it is only .indd files that do not appear. All other Adobe filetypes and applications (Illustrator, .ai files, etc.) show up in default results. Other filetypes (PDF, EPS, etc.) in the same folder as an .indd file show up — just not the .indd file itself. Things I've tried: Updating to the latest versions of Alfred and Adobe. Clearing the Application Cache. Reconfiguring default results to locate .indd files. What I'm trying to accomplish: Resolve the invisibility of .indd files so I can call them up in Alfred's search bar just like any other file. Any help you can give is greatly appreciated. In advance, thank you! — Justin
  4. I'm sure you are familiar with the subscription model that Adobe uses for Photoshop, Lightroom etc. Well I recently had occasion to download the the Creative Cloud where all the programs are 'managed' from. I was surprised to see a copy of Alfred v2 in the Folder on my Mac. It doesn't work because it says PowerPC applications are not supported. I do have Alfred v2.7.1 but why would there be an old copy of Alfred 2 in my Creative Cloud files folder?
  5. I've noticed that Alfred does not see any text that I've copied/cut from Adobe Indesign CC. InDesign is passing info along to the OS clipboard, however, as I'm able to paste the text normally into other apps. InDesign is not set to be an ignored app in Alfred Preferences. Does Adobe have some funky relationship with the OS clipboard that prevents Alfred from seeing what Adobe InDesign is copying/cutting? Whether you were able to replicate it a second time by performing the same action: Yes. Many times. Daily. Include the Alfred version & build number you are using: v2.1 (218) Include your OS X version: 10.8.5
  6. I can't seem to find a way for Alfred to index my pictures. The path is "Library/Application Support/Adobe/Elements Organizer/Catalogs/Digital Camera Photos. I've dumped the cache and re-indexed the mac. I'm using V2 on 10.8.3. I've checked the images boxes as well as added this path in preferences. Am I missing something?
