  1. This is very minor, but also maybe very easy to adjust? In the Snippets section, can the ‘add’ and ‘remove’ buttons be oriented with the left side of their respective fields? It’s silly, but I click 'add collection’ all the time meaning to click ‘add snippet’ because it’s visually near to the field, and since we read left to right, I think orienting the GUI that way improves the flow. Plus, if they were both oriented to the left it would be less distance to travel between mouse clicks; microseconds in efficiency!
  2. Hi alfredders I love Alfred and struggle to find anything wrong with it. It has managed to substitute lots of tiny utility apps (weather, calculator, clipboard manager... Just to name the first that come to mind). For my line of work I type frequently the same text over and over and over. I've been using Typinator in the past and love its Input Field options (see attached screenshots). I was wondering if there was something similar in development for future version of Alfred or - EVEN BETTER - if a workflow already exists to achieve a similar result. In short I'd like to have the ability to expand a snippet with multiple choice to pick from (either single option or multiple choice, doesn't matter really). Or should i simply accept the idea that this is not achievable for the time being/future? I'm not a developer: I'm in the other side of the spectrum (read Designer) so not sure what I'm talking about here Thanks in advance everyone and forgive me if this was not the right section to post this!
  3. Hi, I am a avid MS OneNote user. Unfortunately, I am unable to use Alfred Snippets in OneNote when "Restore clipboard contents" is checked. When that option is checked, the snippets do not create/expand, it only pastes the previous copied text into OneNote. When "Restore clipboard contents" is unchecked the snippets work properly. Out of all the programs I use, OneNote is the only program that displays this type of behavior with snippet expansion. I have tried multiple different settings and variations of the "simulated key event" and "Restore After" settings. If "Restore clipboard contents" is checked and applied the for either "After Auto Expansion" and or "After Snippets Veiwer or Keyword" the snippets are not created/expands, only the contents of the clipboard are pasted into OneNote. Info: Alfred 3.4.1 Build 860 Mac OS 10.12.5 OneNote Fast Build Version 15.37 (170718) Please let me know if you need any additional information or would like me try any additional troubleshooting steps.
  4. Hi, Yesterday I updated Alfred to the latest version of Alfred (3.3.2) as I wanted to get rid of the little bug I encounter every time I expand a snippet for the first time of my session. Alfred either expands the latest clipboard item or if the text of my snippet is "Alfred", Alfred expands "AAlfred".
  5. I just upgraded to V3 with the Powerpack. I am hoping to be able to dump TextExpander if I can get some questions answered. I usually time/date stamp my emails and with TextExpander I have the expanded text look like this: Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at 06:28 AM. I have tried modifying the sample date expression in Alfred but I cannot get it to look the same. The expression I tried was : {date:%A, %B %d, %Y at %I:%M %p} and it is not working. In TextExpander I can have the text formatted with bold or italic. Can Alfred format expanded text with things like bold & italic?
