  2. Not sure if something like this already exists or is even possible, but since google Inbox has been put to pasture (very bummed), I'm looking to try and do the following to replace the built-in Reminder system of Inbox. Basically I want to type a keyword, say 'Reminder' and a workflow would: - open Gmail to a new message (web client) - populate 'To:' email (this would be static variable, it would not change) - populate 'Subject:' with "Reminder: " - if possible, have cursor stay in Subject input field for me to enter in text after 'Reminder: ' (i.e. "Reminder: Walk t
  3. Hi, I made this for myself and thought I'd share. I'm a heavy Gmail user, and I think Gmail works best in Chrome. I wanted to always have a Gmail tab open, and to *not* open multiple Gmail tabs when I use the workflow from other applications. I also wanted the Gmail tab to always be pinned to the left. It can't be done via AppleScript, so I'm using a Chrome Extension called Auto Pin URL. Get it if you want the Gmail tab pinned left (it's not required for the workflow to function. Without it, your Gmail tab will be *wherever* in Chrome): https://chrome.google.com

If anyone can help on that please let me know what's missing: tell application "Google Chrome" repeat with w in windows set i to 1 repeat with t in tabs of w if URL of t starts with "https://inbox.google.com/" then set active tab index of w to i set index of w to 1 tell application "Google Chrome" to activate tell application "System Events" keystroke "c" end tell re
  5. I'd like to create a simple workflow to create a new message in Gmail where I can add 'to', 'cc', 'bcc' and 'subject' in Alfred and have this open in a browser So I type something like... [keystroke] me@me.com / you@you.com [optional] / blah@blah.com [optional] / What my email is about / [or some other delimiter, don't mind what] ...and this would be turned into... https://mail.google.com/mail/?view=cm&fs=1&tf=1&to={query1}&cc={query2}&bcc={query3}&su={query4} I am not primarily a programmer but I'm assuming there must be workflows that do
