  1. I've been losing my mind, reading all kind of topic in here, trying to understand how mine doesn't work. I've done everything: - Checking the box to "Share iTunes Library XML with other applications". - Restarting iTunes and Alfred over and over again - Restarting the macbook - Copying the library XML in Alfred preferences But no matter what I do, it doesn't work because when I go to Alfred's preferences to Features > iTunes > Advanced where the Library XML field it doesn't reflect the same one found in iTunes' own preferences. It doesn't show anything, I've tried to paste but it delete itself once I put ENTER, and the "find" button also doesn't work. HELPPP ME PLSSSS
  2. The iTunes mini player is a super cool feature that I use everyday, it even convinced me to switch my main music player to iTunes from Swinsian, which means hundreds hours of transcoding. But sometimes I feel the mini-player is not providing enough functionalities, for example shuffle toggling or playlist filtering. I wrote some simple applescripts and they have to stay outside of the whole mini-player process. I am just saying wouldn't it be cool if for power pack users we can actually edit the mini-player menu and add our own workflows in it? It would satisfy almost all requests involving the mini-player and also make the iTunes controlling process more consistent.
  3. There are some playlists that I like to listen to shuffled. It would be nice to enable shuffling on a selected playlist by using a modifier key such as shift.
  4. Today I upgraded from a preview build of OS X Yosemite to the GM Candidate #1 (14A379a). I'm using Alfred 2.4 (279). When i try to open the iTunes mini player in Alfred, nothing appears, and Alfred is then unresponsive. I can kill the process and start from scratch and Alfred behaves normally as long as the mini player isn't invoked. I tried rebuilding the music index and artwork index, and the 1st time you invoke the mini player after that it pops up the window where it goes through indexing, but then it gets to processing artwork and it hangs forever. Everything was fine in the previous preview build of OS X Yosemite. I don't have the build number available. Thanks!
  5. I'm using Alfred v2 (227) with powerpack and certain artists don't show up at itunes mini player, even when the song of said artist is playing as is shown in the first attached screenshot. Also, it seems that the problem happens not because the name of the artist is in Russian, as in the second and third attached screenshot you can see that the second Russian artist tracks are accessible. Please, look into the issue and fix it as soon as you can.
  6. In the iTunes mini player, no album artwork is displayed for anything (artists, albums or tracks). This is true across a mix of MP3 and iTunes sourced music, all with album art that displays correctly in iTunes and iTunes notifications. This has previously worked, but recently (since 2.2 upgrade?) artwork has stopped showing for some newly added music. I reset the music library and the artwork, and since then no artwork is displayed. I'm using OS X Mavericks 10.9.2, iTunes 11.1.5 (5) and Alfred v2.2 (243) Any help would be appreciated. cheers tim
  7. iTunes mini player got not to show album artworks when I clicked Reset Artwork. But iTunes shows artworks correctly. Please tell me the way to solve this problem. All album artworks are embedded in each music file. It may be relevant that the iTunes Music folder is in the SD card and the iTunes library xml file is in the SSD in my PC.
  8. If you add Last.fm scrobbling to the iTunes Mini Player, I wouldn't need to run a third app such as Coversutra or Bowtie, which otherwise provide the same controls as Alfred's Mini Player. This would help Alfred take over my computer.
