  1. Created a quick Alfred workflow to change brightness of external monitor with a keyboard shortcut Just thought I would share it with everyone: https://github.com/skarchmit/Monitor-Control-with-DDC
  2. On a dual monitor environment Alfred Hot Key or using the menu bar does not display on monitor with focus. Though this is not a problem for the preferences. macOS Sierra 10.12.2 (16C67) Anyone run into this issue? Thanks
  3. Hey, I saw a workflow request on /r/Alfred that interested me as well, and saw that no one made it yet, so I quickly wrapped up one with a little bit of Google-ing. Basically, it's a really basic workflow that moves your current window between monitor(s) with the tap of a hotkey or by entering "jump" into Alfred (both are configurable of course). I don't think I'll be maintaining this workflow, as there really is not much to maintain, it's a very simple AppleScript behind, but feel free to comment here and I'll check it every once in a while to see if anything is needed. 4. Whenever I invoke Alfred it is now on my my laptop's monitor.. and never on my external display. I noticed this since running the last update. It renders the clipboard manager useless, because when it opens on a different monitor, if I select a clip it doesn't go to the program I was on before I invoked it (that may be a separate problem). About to submit a bug report, but wanted to check if anyone else has had this same issue or got a workaround for it.
  5. Hi everyone, I'm wondering about Alfred and using it on my second monitor with Yosemite. Right now, it's only displaying on my primary display, but that's a problem as it's my smaller monitor and off to the side. I'm just trying to find a way to make Alfred pop up on my big monitor. It only started doing this when I updated (clean install) to Yosemite.
  6. Hello everyone, I am often working with a secondary monitor. But it is really tedious to drag the cursor with the trackpad all the way to the other screen every time i want to do something on the other screen. Is it possible to write a script which can be activated via shortcut to automatically switch the cursor position to the middle of the other screen every time it is activated? Best regards
