Search/move files in iCloud Drive

I am looking for a way to use the built in file and folder search to look for things in iCloud Drive.  I also want to use file actions to throw files into iCloud Drive as well.  I can't seem to get anything to show up and no options to do so.  Is this just not possible even though this looks and functions just like a Finder folder...?

Alfred Preferences → Features → Default Results → Search Scope. Do You have ~/Library/Mobile Documents on that list?

I just added it.

 

So I have to use these goofy file names to reference things in iCloud drive...  Doing a folder search for "icloud" reveals nothing.

Neither does it if you search for it in Spotlight, and Alfred uses Spotlight’s data.

Those are the actual names of the directories in the system. You’re seeing those because you’re navigating directly to the directory. Not much Alfred can do there; it’s working as intended. If you search directly for a file/directory that is inside your iCloud Drive, you’ll see a less cryptic iCloud Drive/iCloud Drive path.

Bummer - big reason not to use iCloud vs Drive/DropBox IMO.  Thanks for your help!
