Could someone write a workflow that tells time machine to start backup?

I have an external HDD connected to my Mac. 

It would be nice to type in "backup" then time machine will started to start a new backup.

Just call the script described here:

i.e.

create a Keyword then connect it to a Run Script /bin/bash object with the script: tmutil startbackup
