Handy way to add new snippet

I'd be very nice if there's a quick way to create new snippet.

Hi @i05 and welcome to the forum!

 

While there's no command to add a new snippet at this time, keep in mind that you can press Cmd + S on a clipboard history item to save it as a snippet. In other words, copy the text you want to your clipboard, press Cmd + S and it'll bring up the Snippets preferences with the text pre-filled for a new snippet.

I didn't much care about Alfred Clipboard and used to use other app to control clipboard, however now I switched to Alfred Clipboard and use Cmd + S like a boss

It would be great if the same Cmd + S shortcut could be used to quickly edit an existing snippet   that would be very intuitive, and would save a lot of time for people heavily using snippets
