Usage

Search Metacritic for movies, TV shows, and games via the metacritic keyword.

Search AniList via the anime and manga keywords.

• ⌘↩ Flip between searching anime or manga.

Updated to 2022.1.

Workflow is now distributed via the Alfred Gallery. Download the new version from there or update directly from Alfred.

• New name.

Vitor, I just downloaded this workflow to try it out and when i start searching with keyword it fallsback to a fallback search. Here are the results from the debugger. Any suggestions?

• Skip Input as Universal Action.
• Remove colons in keyboard shortcuts.
• Shorter Objective-C functions.
• Capitalise “TV” in description.
• Updated search URL.

• Change ratings keyword to metacritic.
• Add support for anime and manga searches.
• Add configuration to define personal negative/mixed/positive rating thresholds.
• Add icon for unrated media.
• Set screenshot DPI to 144.

Vitor, I'm having an issue with the metacritic search. Search fails and goes to a fallback search. Debugger below. I'm on 14.7 and Alfred 5.5.1.

Fixed in 2024.3. Thank you for the heads-up, it was working a day or two ago so it’s a recent change.

 

It is likely I’ll eventually replace Metacritic with something else, which might require an API key. No ETA.
