How to search different types of files using alfred ?

In MAC OS Sierra , a simple regular expression search of *.csv , *.pdf its not possible in FINDER. 

 

Any alfred workflow to perform the search of files based on file type

That isn't how you search by file type in Finder. It's not a shell. 

 

Try kind:PDF instead.

@rockyit86 You can type into Alfred " *pdf" to find PDF files   (note the space before the *pdf, where pressing the spacebar is a shortcut to the "find" keyword)

 

If you want to play with workflows, take a look at the built-in Dynamic File Search example. You could create a similar workflow to set the file type dynamically (e.g. from a List Filter where you pre-set the types you usually search for). This then allows you to also select a search scope, etc.
