How to enter "Enter"?

Total noob here. I googled the heck out and looked at the documentation. I cant figure out how to add enter (or tab) after a pause in a workflow. What I am trying to do is, open a website, wait 3 sec, and press enter.

You can dispatch a key action in Alfred.
