DeMarko
Hey, I am having an issue with Alfred and I am unsure of where to go from here. When I upgraded to the Alfred 2 beta, I made some mistake along the way and accidentally set Cmd double-tap as my hotkey. I tried to revert this back to Cmd+space but I had no luck. I thought maybe uninstalling Alfred 2 and removing all the Library files would do the trick but no luck still. I've searched for a bit at this point but cannot find where Alfred keeps the hotkey preference, if anywhere. Originally I thought: maybe some other application registered Cmd+space as a hotkey. I tried searching all my installed applications and could not find any that reacted to Cmd+space I would really like to use Cmd+space as the Alfred hotkey, I use it on the 3 other computers I use regularly and it's really confusing to not be able to. Is there a way to force Alfred to use a specific hotkey? How? I don't mind if it involves using the terminal or editing some file manually. Link to comment
Andrew
Take a look at this article which is the main cause cmd+space doesn't work: http://support.alfredapp.com/kb:cmd-space Link to comment
