Web Search for Amazon UK Not Working

I've added custom search for Amazon UK but cannot get it to work, which is a pan as I use Amazon every day.

I've tried the following in the search URL but none work:

 

https://www.amazon.co.uk/search?q={query}

https://www.amazon.co.uk/search/?q={query}

https://www.amazon.co.uk/s?q={query}

https://www.amazon.co.uk/s/?q={query}

 

Can anyone advise?

@kennyg Are you looking for anything specific in Amazon UK (e.g. subcategories)?

 

If you're simply looking to use UK-specific web searches, go to Alfred's General prefs and set your location as UK. Amazon, eBay, Google and other relevant services will give you UK-specific results automatically.

If you don't want to set all your searches to UK, here's the correct URL:

 

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/s?k={query}

 

You can't just make up a URL. You go to the website, perform a search, and then adjust the resulting URL.

Tried this and the results seem to come up like this: https://cl.ly/0I233C0K3I0L - any advice to fix this?

Hmm. It worked when I first tried it…

 

You could try this one:

 

https://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords={query}

 

If that doesn't work, go to Amazon.co.uk, search for "test", then use the URL of the results' page, but replace "test" with "{query}".
