Alfred hangs for 15-20 seconds when searching for app names

Alfred hangs for 15-20 seconds when searching for app names. After the 15-20 second delay, it opens immediately. This issue started when I upgraded to  Mac OS Sierra 10.13

 

* What you were doing when the issue happened: Searching for an app to open

* Whether you were able to replicate it a second time by performing the same action: Happens about 75% of the time

* Include any screenshots that might help us

* Include the Alfred version & build number you are using:  Alfred 3.5.1 Build 883

* Include your OS X version: macOS High Sierra 10.13.2 (17C88)

Read through the workarounds I listed there, but Apple fixed the majority of their metadata issues with 10.13.2,  so I suspect a full reindex will sort your issues.
