notverypc
I've found a workflow for LDAP lookups (https://github.com/frdmn/alfred-ldap) but I need to edit the script to see if it will work with our ldap. After downloading the "raw" source, I can't workout how to turn it into a .alfredworkflow file. Any pointers would be gratefully received Link to comment
Vero
Hi @notverypc There's a link to the .alfredworkflow file at the bottom of the page: https://github.com/frdmn/alfred-ldap/releases/download/0.1.6/alfred-ldap.alfredworkflow Once you've installed the workflow, you'll be able to edit it within Alfred's Workflows prefs. notverypc
Hi @Vero Thanks for the reply but the script that I need to edit is the ldap.sh one. Alfred's Workflow pref only show the Query, unless I've missed something? Link to comment

Right click on the Workflow’s name on the list to the left and chose “Open in Finder”. To expand a bit on the format, an .alfredworkflow is a renamed .zip file. When you add it to Alfred, it unpacks it in your Workflows directory and reads the unpacked source from there. Edited February 5, 2018 by vitor notverypc 1 Link to comment
Vero
@notverypc @vitor You can also click on the icon (aka the Shreddies square) next to the Cancel/Save buttons to open the workflow's folder, where you'll find scripts, icons, and other files that are part of the workflow. nikivi
There is a really awesome workflow you can use for this called WorkflowDirectory. It can let you search all workflows you have on your system and open them in your preferred editor, go inside them to see contents (→ arrow). Or if you develop workflows I added an action to export the workflow to the Desktop for making new releases. Here is my modified workflow with the export action. Although the export function by @vitor fails when I try to export workflows that don't have the user.workflow.0EK.. name. Not sure how to fix it. Here is how it looks when searching: Edited February 5, 2018 by nikivi Link to comment

Not sure how to fix it. By removing the check that aborts when Workflow directories to not follow that pattern. It has been removed from the script I published in the forum, so you should use that: nikivi 1 Link to comment
