willoneal
I use Busy Contacts, linked to office365, for my contacts. In the attached picture, you can see what I see - it's in the picture in white. When I search for this same contact in Alfred, a phantom address shows up. It's in the Alfred overlay. It just happens to be this persons former address, but in other places when this happens, there are phone numbers that have never been associated with people showing up, and other addresses to. Where is this address coming from? there is no other instance of this person in my BusyContacts, no duplicate, etc. Link to comment
Vero
@willoneal Does this issue only arise with one contact or for multiple ones? If it's only one contact, I'd recommend deleting and re-creating the contact as it could be an issue with the data for that contact specifically. Cheers, Vero Link to comment
willoneal
I found it. It was coming from Apple contacts, which wasn't current, and Exchange wasn't set as the default account. As soon as if fixed Contacts, it worked. Link to comment
codog24
I hav the same problem, with multiple instances of phone numbers showing up on multiple contact records. I also use BusyCal and Office 365. However, I don't understand the "fix" you outlined above. Can you provide more detail? Link to comment
