nikvalentine Posted March 18, 2013 Share Posted March 18, 2013 (edited) Hi Guys, I'm new to Alfred and i recently brought a powerpack because i thought it might help me with a workflow that i need to create, however i'm just not sure where to start. Basically i perform this task around 10 - 20 times a day, whereby i will create a PDF in my CAD program and then i have to manually open it up in Adobe Acrobat and choose the reduce file size option to reduce the size (before i send it off for review). I'm not even sure if Alfred is the best guy for this job, but if anyone could give me some direction on how to do this within the program that'd be really great! nikvalentine Posted March 18, 2013 Author Share Posted March 18, 2013 Also i almost always create/edit these files in one particularly large folder, so if there is any way to watch this folder as well it might be useful, rather than having to still select each PDF separately after each go.
