I tried to click into the sticky links about scripting and variables, and had great difficulty understanding..

I would appreciate if someone can tell me how to setup this workflow:

 

when I type "emwk ABCDE" in Alfred, Alfred will send an email to a predefined email address "x@x.com" with the title "ABCDE"
