help Newbie in need of help with particular repo

I'm trying to install this chrome history workflow (https://github.com/tupton/alfred-chrome-history), but I'm not versed in terminal or coding at all. Can anyone further dumb-down the FROM SOURCE section of this repo for me to understand? Much appreciated.

If you don't know how to code, why are you following the FROM SOURCE instructions instead of the basic INSTALL instructions?

 

"From source" instructions are almost always only for people who want to edit the program themselves.

Just double clicking the workflow after downloading doesn't work so I was thinking I had to follow the rest under readme

You downloaded the .alfredworkflow file, right? This file.

Yes. When I type in the keyword, it pops up but when I hit enter, it doesn't do anything.

So you have installed it.

 

"It doesn't do anything" isn't an actionable description of a problem, I'm afraid. First, check Alfred's debugger for a real error message.

 

And if you're using Mojave, make sure you've followed the instructions.
