Workflow Trigger - Open URL in currently open browser window

I have a simple workflow that when you press a keyboard shortcut, it goes to a specific URL. 

 

I used to be able to do the shortcut in any window and it would go to that URL in a new tab. Specifically, if I had an Incognito window open, it would open a new tab and go to that URL. Now, though, it doesn't open the URL in my incognito browser, but it opens the "main" Chrome window and goes to the URL. 

 

Any idea if something changed?

It did, on Chrome’s side. This is not something that Alfred can fix. If you want this behaviour to change, you’ll need to ask on Google’s forum. I think there’s already an open report about this.
