deanishe Posted November 9, 2018 Share Posted November 9, 2018 (edited) You can't delete Preview or Mail—they're part of the OS. And you don't just delete the apps. That just tells you which apps mention public.folder. You still have to check manually whether they're assigning the .js extension to public.folder. nikivi Posted November 11, 2018 Author Share Posted November 11, 2018 I am a bit confused how do I invoke this CFBundleDocumentTypes on an app from CLI. The other strange thing is that these JS/TS/.d.ts files have the proper kind show in Get Info. But Alfred Metadata shows them to have public.folder. Although File Type is probably different to Kind.
