how to remove ALL web searching???

how to remove ALL web searching??? toggling on the appropriate options doesn't remove them from the search list. I never or want to use them - only finding local files.

If you're referring to the search options you see when no local results are found, these are called Fallback searches. If you've activated your Powerpack license, you can replace them with your own preferred searches (including web searches, custom searches and workflows) or remove them.
