Files in Google Drive folder not showing in default search results but do in Spotlight and do when `find` or `open`

Hi, I've read the warnings around trying to include too much in the search results. In this case, it's just documents in my Google Drive folder so I'm not overly concerned.

 

I've added the Google Drive file types here:

 

I'm including my Home folder in search results but excluding ~/Library.

 

Files in this folder show up when i do a Spotlight search and also when i do an explicit: 

find <filename>
open <filename>

but they don't show up when I just type the file name itself. Any ideas? I thought there might be some other filter or something I was  missing that was somehow excluding them or just some caching or something.
