Problem with Toggle Visibility

I have been using Alfred for a year now and have been using the toggle visibility on the "Whatsapp" app via a hotkey. 

 

Few days ago I noticed the tv is not working well on Whatsapp app. I could use the hotkey to bring the app upfront, but using the same hotkey to hide it, it's not working. Basically I cannot hide the app.

 

Strangely, the tv works well with my other app i.e. Spark, Fantastical, etc. I'm not sure what's wrong. 

 

I'm on Alfred v3.7.1, Whatsapp 0.3.1847

 

Has anyone encounter this problem before?
