sweyhrich
I have one of the new MacBook Pros with Touch Bar, and overall am happy with it. However, I sincerely miss the controls on the function keys for volume up and down, and screen brightness up and down. Instead of a one click solution, the Touch Bar is a tap, move my finger, and slide solution, less convenient. I was able to make an Alfred command using the System Tools to handle the volume, as there is a System volume up and down command there. Does anyone have a suggestion for the same thing to let me touch a key to increase or decrease the screen brightness? Thanks in advance Link to comment
vitor
Welcome, @sweyhrich Moved this to the appropriate forum. There’s a CLI tool to change brightness, or you can do it with AppleScript. Here’s a Workflow that uses the first tool. Note that I have not audited it, but it is open source. Link to comment
