Spotlight finds emails but Alfred doesnt

I've made sure that ~/Library/Mail is in the search scope and under find files I have email unchecked, and still can't get emails to show up via any search terms, like find, open, em (from a workflow I downloaded).

Spotlight finds any email I search for. 

I'm in the latest update of Mojave.

Any help?
