Change 3-4 system settings when changing to external monitor

When I go to a 4k monitor then I:

 

- Move dock from "position on screen" left to bottom and increase symbol size to max

- Change mouse cursor to big 

- Increase mouse speed

- Increase default font of Chrome and other apps to 150%.

 

When I go back to the mobile, laptop screen only use, I have to set all these settings back.

 

How to do this with an alfred script, is there something existing out there? Thanks!!
