Double paste from Copy to Clipboard action (only migrated workflows)

I have some workflows that act as hotkey snippets, typing (pasting) certain phrases when I press a key combo.

In V4 such workflows that were migrated from V3 are all producing two pastes rather than one.

 

So I expect

But I get:

My workaround has been to toggle the “auto paste to front most app” which seems to fix it for that workflow.

 

No idea what is happening, or why, but thought I would post the workaround.

@gingerbeardman further to our discussion on Twitter, I'm unable to reproduce this issue. I created the workflow in v3, and did a migration into v4 and it worked as expected.
