Benben
Is there a way when to use the {query} but uppercase like you can with dynamic variables ({var:result.uppercase} for example) ? Link to comment
Nhat
I have the same question. Since there has been no answers, looks like it's not possible? Link to comment
giovanni
I think there have been no answers because the question is unclear. can you describe in more detail? Link to comment

Seems to be about applying transform modifiers to {query} in addition to variables. The omission seems deliberate, since the documentation specifically mentions “clipboard and workflow variable placeholders”. For {query}, the Transform Utility should be used. Nhat
Thanks vitor, I wonder why {query} can’t use transform modifiers. There might be good reasons, but seems like an oversight to me. Particularly since the documentation for Transform Utility mentioned that Alfred 4 introduces inline variable manipulation. In my use case, I have a keyword object and want to transform the entered argument text to uppercase in the title. It not possible to send it at that time to the transform utility, but convert it inline would be fine. Edited March 17, 2022 by nhat Link to comment
vitor
Worth noting this is now possible in Alfred 5. Link to comment
