Yakir
Hey, New to workflows in general. Trying to set a reminder in slack through alfred. Can't find anything useful on the web. Any ideas? Link to comment
vitor
Welcome @Yakir, This isn’t really an Alfred question, but a Slack question. You’ll need to find out how to set Slack reminders using their API; making a Workflow from there is the easy part. Link to comment
Yakir
Thanks! Well, there is that: https://api.slack.com/methods/reminders.add Though I have no idea how to write the code to run it... I guess it need to be done in php(?), never wrote anything web related... Link to comment

Any language should do, even a simple curl command. 10 minutes ago, Yakir said: never wrote anything web related If you’ve ever written any code or used a Terminal, look for how to do a POST request with curl and you’ll be well on your way. You may have to request an authentication token beforehand. Link to comment
