Is there an existing workflow that would allow me to enter a keyword that would copy pre-defined text into my clipboard.

 

I use the same text paragraph over and over and looking for a solution.

@jedimariachi First, welcome to the forum and thanks for the mental picture of a Jedi Mariachi...

 

It sounds like you'd be best served by the Snippets feature; If you're not familiar with it, you can save pre-defined text, which you can then trigger by typing a few characters.

Also, take a look at the Clipboard History feature, as this would allow you to quickly search items you've recently copied, even if you haven't saved them as snippets:
