Help with Apple Notes workflow

I downloaded the latest version of the Search Apple Notes workflow on Packal, which was submitted by the user Shaolin.

When i enter in the hotkey, i do not receive any results, nor does it seem as though the workflow has been activated at all. 

 

Any ideas why this may be happening?

 

All my other workflows are functioning just fine.
