Alfred.preferences file and missing workflows

I had this alfred.preferences file appear somewhere in my file system. I moved it to another directory and now my workflows in Alfred are missing. I don't want to spend time recreating my workflows. How do I quickly fix this if I can?

The Alfred.alfredpreferences file contains all Alfred preferences, settings, and workflows. This file shouldn't be move. By default it is located in ~/Library/Application Support/Alfred 2. If you enable syncing, then the file needs to be in that folder.
