Flood control on forum search

Sorry, this isn't really the right subforum for this, but we don't have a meta sub-forum.

 

Right now the flood control for forum searches is set at like 16 seconds. This seems a little on the overkill side, and I'm often left twiddling my thumbs while searching for possible workflows, etc.

 

Anyway we could turn it down to like 2 seconds or even 5 seconds? Will still protect against a flood attack, but won't hurt regular users. Forum seems zippy, so I don't think the extra searches will slow it down (though I'm not sure how many resources it is using)
