Windows position flush to the screen

Running latest version on 10.8.3

 

I prefer to have Alfred appear in the top right corner of the screen, about an inch from the edge. On positioning the search window here it isn't remembered and shows the next time Alfred is opened flush to the screen. Screenshots attached to indicate this. 

 

Remember window position is selected. I've tried it numerous times with the same result.

Alfred now stores a 'snapped' relative position on screen so that he is in the same position even when plugging in external displays or changing the resolution. You can see the snap positions in Alfred's Appearance > Options preferences.

 

If you move Alfred to the top right snapped position in the Appearance > Options, he should stay up in the very corner.
