Can't run apps on external drive

Hello.

I have 2 applications folder, first one is default /Applications, the other is on external drive /Volumes/ExtDrive/Applications.

I can't make Alfred seeing application in the external folder. Alfred behaves like nothing exists on external drive.

 

I've already added /Volumes/ExtDrive/Applications to Alfred's search scope, cleared caches and rebuilt macOS Metadata, nothing helps.

Any ideas how to add application on external drive to Alfred?

Can Spotlight find them? Alfred uses it’s database, so if Spotlight can’t find them, neither can Alfred.

See “Alfred can't find the files I'm searching for”.

Nope, spotlight doesn't see them neither.

Thank you for localizing a problem, I'll dig further in spotlight
