Duplicate results from /System/Volumes/Data

I'm running the latest public Alfred release 4.0.9 [1144] after upgrading from Alfred 3. I reloaded the cache already and have 'macOS Applications' checkbox enabled in the Default Results. However, I still have duplicate results for some applications appearing in the search results. For example, Adobe Lightroom Classic appears both in /Applications and /System/Volumes/Data/Applications, but Arq appears only in /Applications. How do I fix this?

I'm having a similar problem here (Alfred 3.8.6 on Catalina 10.15.5) — all apps are listed twice in results.

 

Any ideas how to prevent this?
