Current word as Argument

In Hotkey trigger, I can use Selection in macOS as Argument.

 

If I have not selected text but I have an active text cursor (ex: I'm editing something in Notes), the Argument that gets passed is the current line of text.

 

Is it possible to change that so that the Argument in these cases is the current word (the line under the text cursor)?

 

This would help me create a workflow where I can check the word under the text cursor in a dictionary (for example).
