skarchmit
I tried any themes and I see that they have issues displaying rounded corners. Edited October 4, 2020 by skarchmit Better screenshot of the issue
Andrew
@skarchmit try experimenting on and off with the "Use native macOS Dark Mode window rendering" option in Alfred's Appearance > Options. Usually, disabling the native dark mode can improve the situation. skarchmit

gazotem
Classic blur removed the oddness but it also does not let you choose a border color, it now defaults to Big Sur's way of handling the borders of transparent elements as you can actually see in the pop-over in the first image below. So it seems like the trade-off is that you are no longer able to custom of the window border color / effect, but it does not look "wonky" anymore.
