schanzentroll
Hi there, I tried to use a workflow from github with Alfred but Big Sur says: No. I tried to authorize the workflow but couldn't find anything in the system preferences under „security“. How can I fix this problem? Link to comment
deanishe
Quote „malware“ issues A more accurate description of the error message would be "jq-dist cannot be opened because its developer hasn't paid Apple". The simplest way to fix this is to open the workflow in Finder, right-click on "jq-dist" (or whichever binary macOS is complaining about) and choose "Open". macOS should then ask you to allow the binary to run. It'll probably open in Terminal and show an error, but don't worry about that. It should now be allowed to run and the workflow should work. Link to comment
schanzentroll
Hi deanishe, thank you for your quick reply. I know that it's not malware. That's why I've putten the term „malware“ in quotation marks. I've now opened deepl.sh with iterm and accepted all security alert windows but that doesn't fix the workflow. Big Sur is still in alarming mode. Any other hint for me? Link to comment
schanzentroll
Ah, got it. The best thing is to open window the the security settings of your mac. If the workflow is blocked one has to verify in there: Link to comment
