Is it possible to make a workflow which edits itself?

Say, there is a list-filter in one workflow, having one option named "ADD". So that if I select "ADD" and type "AA", can workflow add "AA" to that listfilter permanently?

you can convert list filter to script filter.  and save filter items as variable or file , and you can IO edit.

Yes, but not without coding and it’s not necessarily a good idea. Using a Script Filter will also require coding.
