Terminal command opens terminal but doesn't run terminal

Hi,

 

I'm running macOS Big Sur on a MacBook Air 2019, with Alfred PowerPack. I've been using Alfred for a while and everything generally works great except for this terminal feature. It hasn't been a big deal to me, but I kinda would like it to work if possible.

 

I am using the macOS Terminal app by default in the settings and what happens is that when I run ">top" it just opens a Terminal window, but it doesn't run the command. I'm using zsh if that matters. I also commented out my .zshrc but that didn't seem to help. I'm not sure if anyone has come across this or know what's going on?
