Bnwatch64 Posted April 27, 2021 Posted April 27, 2021 Hello Dear Alfred community! I just wrote my first small Alfred workflow and wanted to share it with you in case somebody finds it helpful as well. It is a fairly simple workflow which lets you hide (and unhide) folders in MacOS. In order to do so you just have to select a folder in your finder window and either type the keyword 'hide' or 'unhide' in Alfred. If you are interested, I uploaded the workflow on Packal, where you can also find a better description of its functionality. Link to Packal is here.
deanishe Posted April 27, 2021 Posted April 27, 2021 Hi @Bnwatch64, welcome to the forum. Thanks for the handy workflow! A workflow like this is a great candidate for a File Action. Then it can be called directly from Finder, and should also work in any other file manager, or from Alfred's own filesystem navigation mode.
Serge Posted August 3, 2021 Posted August 3, 2021 Thanks for this useful workflow. Is there a way to make it hide more than one folder at a time?
