Where do I Find the Getting Started and Example Workflows?

Complete newbie to Alfred. I have the Powerpack. I have one workflow for using the Bear app, but don't know where to find the Getting Started and Example workflows. Are they inside Alfred or do I find them in the forums?

They're in Alfred Preferences > Workflows. Press the + button at the bottom of the workflow list.
