Music Mini Player - Only Locally Downloaded Tracks

This is just to save someone else an hour of frustration for no reason. The music.app local mini player was only playing downloaded tracks. It turns out it was because I had left my view set to "Only Downloaded Music". It would still find any track in the music player but when selected it would just stop the music. Pretty glad it was my fault .
