neotaruntius
I was working within a word document and had to move a bunch of headings over from one section to another. When I pasted the section over, all formatting had been lost. Can this please be addressed? It's impossible to rely on snippet manager when moving chunks of information like this, with this loss in info as shown. Thanks! Link to comment
Andrew
Alfred's Clipboard History is plain text by design, allowing it to be much lighter weight, but also match the destination formatting. You can configure rich text snippets if you have regularly want to paste the same piece of formatted text. Cheers, Andrew Link to comment
neotaruntius
Thanks for you response. My use case was moving sections of a document from one place to another and not repetitive in nature. So I'm guessing Alfred won't be an option. Would it make sense to perhaps have a toggle to turn RTF on/off? I wouldn't mind Alfred being on the heavier side by enabling an option. Link to comment
